Create a project in Google Cloud Console, enable YouTube Data API v3, and add an API key. OAuth client ID is required for account actions like subscriptions, comments, ratings and uploads. Credentials are stored only in this browser; restrict your API key to your website in Google Cloud.

This uploads to the YouTube channel authorized in your Google account, not to a separate WORLDBOX video server. You must configure OAuth, sign in, and grant the YouTube upload permission. Test API project uploads may be restricted by YouTube.
